Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves’ daughter will have you seeing double.
In a rare daddy-daughter outing, The Gentlemen actor was joined by his 15-year-old daughter,Vida, at the University of Texas Women’s Basketball game against the Tennessee Volunteers in Austin Jan. 23.
While the Texas Longhorns took home victory, another truth of the night was Vida’s undeniable resemblance to her mom.
To cheer on her dad’s beloved alma mater, Camila’s mini-me wore a cropped white and orange Texas Longhorns T-shirt with a pair of low-rise jeans. While she accessorized with layered necklaces, stacked rings and gold bracelets, her hair was styled in her mama’s signature look—long waves.
Meanwhile, Matthew, 55—who also shares sons Levi, 16, and Livingston, 12, with Camila—opted for blue jeans, a statement belt, a white T-shirt and a burnt orange suede jacket.
The game day outing comes just a few weeks after the Oscar winner shared a sweet tribute in honor of his daughter’s birthday.
“Vida,” he wrote in the caption of the Jan. 4 Instagram post that featured a throwback photo of his daughter playing in a garden. “15 years. Thanks for being my tech guru, so savvy, and for loving to grow things. Love Papai.”
And while Vida may have a thing or two to teach the Longbranch whiskey owner about gardening, he is constantly learning from all three of his children.
“Levi continues to teach me consideration,” McConaughey told E! News’ Francesca Amiker in an exclusive interview published Sept. 2023. “He’s an extremely considerate young man and I appreciate that about him.”
Meanwhile, Vida teaches him “forgiveness,” the UT alum shares. “She’s a real peacemaker.”
And Livingston, he added, “reminds me of the power of absolute singular focus. When he’s got a project, whether it’s a sport or homework or drawing, he zeroes in and the rest of the world is gone.”
